VGP – The Government has issued Decree No. 12/2012/NĐ-CP on registering and managing operations of foreign Non-Governmental organizations (NGOs) in Việt Nam.

VGP – Minimum wage for employees in local enterprises and foreign-invested companies in Việt Nam will increase between VND 1.4 million (US$ 66) and VND 2 million (US$ 95) a month from October 1, 2011, according to Government’s Decree 70/2011/NĐ-CP.

VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng has asked the State Bank of Việt Nam (SBV) to apply interest rates’ ceiling on foreign currency deposits at 3% and raise the compulsory reserve ratio on foreign currency by 2%.

VGP – Twenty-one provinces and cities will carry out pilot program on agricultural insurance for the first time in the 2011-2013 period, with a view to backing farmers to surmount bad consequences of natural disasters and epidemics.

Higher minimum salary in enterprises since 2011 15:42 | 04/11/2010
VGP – Since January 1, 2011, the Government will raise the monthly salary benchmark applied for employees in both State-owned enterprises (SoEs) and foreign-invested one by VND 100,000-370,000 (US $5-18).
