Leaders pay tribute to late President Ho Chi Minh

VGP - Vietnamese leaders paid tribute to late President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Ha Noi on August 30 to mark Viet Nam’s 74th National Day (September 2).

The delegation included PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, former Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, former State President Tran Duc Luong, former NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, and President of the VFF Central Committee Tran Thanh Man, along with a number of former Party, State and Government leaders.

They commemorated heroic martyrs who bravely struggled and sacrificed their lives for the national liberation and reunification, the nation’s independence and freedom and people’s happiness.  

The delegation also laid flowers at the Monument for Heroic Martyrs at Bac Son street.

The same day, a number of delegations, including those from the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Public Security and Ha Noi also paid homage to late President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs.
