Leaders of Switzerland and Ukraine congratulated

VNGOP – State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng separately extended their congratulations on December 21 to Mr. Pascal Couchepin, Mr. Andre Bugnon and Mr. Christoffel Brandli, who were just selected as the President, the National Council President, and the Council of States President of the Swiss Confederation respectively.

On the same day, Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm sent a congratulatory message to Ms. Micheline Calmy-Rey who was re-elected as the Swiss FM.

Ealier, on December 20, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm separately sent messages of greetings to Ms. Yulia Timoshenco and Mr. Vladimir Ogryzko on their election to the posts of the PM and FM of Ukraine.
