Laos congratulates re-elected leaders

VNGOP – Leaders of the Party, State, Government and National Assembly of the Lao People's Democratic Republic sent messages of greetings to State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng who were all just re-elected by the 12th NA to the top posts of the State, Government and National Assembly.

In their messages, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, State President Choummaly Sayasone, PM Bouasone Bouphavanh, and NA Chairman Thoongsin Thamavong expressed their confidence that Vietnamese leaders, together with the whole Vietnamese people, will bring their roles and responsibilities into play to build up an industrial modern Vietnam of rich people, powerful country, civilized equal and democratic society; with an increasing position in the regional and international arenas.

Lao leaders also showed their wish that the traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two parties, states and peoples will be continuously strengthened and developed for the sake of mutual benefit, peace, stability and development in the region and the world.
