Among 50 surveyed industries and sectors, online employment demand indicators of 34 increased by 36.8% against the previous quarter (Q1), says the report.

Top five online recruitment sectors are accountancy/financing, administration/secretary, applied technique, sale and IT.

The human resource (HR) supply-demand indicators show that, employers have more choices to recruit employees in the domestic labor market as the supply grew by 9.2% compared to Q1. Thus, the labor market rebounded, said Mr. Chris Harvey, CEO and founder of VietnamWorks.com.

In comparison to the Q1, HR supply indicators of 26 industries and sectors were on the rise while 12 others declined.

From April to June, the workforce attraction in almost all localities surged.
