Kien Giang calls for investment in 118 prioritized projects

VGP – As many as 500 delegates will attend the Kien Giang investment promotion conference, which will take place on July 29.

The information was released on July 23 at a press conference on the province’s investment promotion conference with the theme “Kien Giang- potential and opportunity for sustainable investment”

The event will create an opportunity for foreign investors and organizations to directly meet and exchange with the province’s leaders who will provide a list of 118 projects calling for investment in the province. 

The local authority will introduce potential, advantages, mechanism, policy, planning and prioritized projects in fields of clean agriculture, high-tech agriculture, organic agriculture, aquaculture and agricultural processing. 

At the event, leaders of the province will sign memorandum of understandings and cooperative agreements with nearly 20 organizations, associations, investors and businesses in the spheres of agriculture, industry, trade and investment as well as grant investment certificates for 20 investors with the registered investment capital of more than VND30,000 billion.
