Deepen relations with partners, especially neighboring countries, powers, and key partners in a stable and effective manner. Well organize foreign visits by senior leaders of the Party and State. Boost cooperation in such fields like trade, investment, high-tech, and sustainable development |

Proactively and actively join and contribute to the shaping of multilateral mechanisms especially in ASEAN, undertake well the role as member of the Untied Nations Economic and Social Council in the tenure 2016-2018 and the UNESCO Executive Board in the tenure 2015-2019, well organize the Greater Sub-Mekong Summit and the World Economic Forum on ASEAN in 2018. Continue running for a non-permanent seat on the Untied Nations Security Council in the tenure 2020-2021. |
