Just five days to fulfill business and tax registration
VGP - The Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Public Security have just issued an inter-ministerial circular to instruct the registration of business and tax as well as the mergence of business and tax codes into enterprise code.

Accordingly, provincial-level Planning and Investment Departments are responsible for completing administrative procedures relating to the business, tax, and stamp registration of enterprises, branches and representative offices established under the Law on Enterprise.
Each enterprise needs to present only one form and is responsible for its legality.
It just takes five days for an enterprise to acquire business and tax registration certificates on which the enterprise code is presented. This code is also considered tax code.
Stamp registration is carried out within two working days by provincial police offices.
Enterprises made business registration prior to this circular’s date of coming into effect do not have to renew their business certificates. Their enterprise code can be adjusted when they wants to change their business registration.
Noticeably, all transactions between enterprises and local registries can be made online.
