December 29, 2017 11:09 AM GMT+7

Dinh Vu Port Petrol Station is planned to be constructed on an area of 10,000m2 at Km108 road, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong city.

The station is expected to bring about revenue of more than US$10 million per year. If all procedures are completed soon, the project will begin construction in January 2018 and be put into operation one month later.

The station would contribute VND 46 billion - 66 billion a year to the city’s budget.

In addition, it also plans to build a lubricant plant in the city

If approved, this would be Idemitsu’s second station in Viet Nam. Its first station opened in Ha Noi last October.

In October 2017, Idemitsu Q8 petroleum company (IQ8), a joint venture between Japan's Idemitsu Kosa and Kuwait International Petroleum, has officially operated the Idemitsu Q8 retail petrol station in the Nam Thang Long Industrial Park, Ha Noi.

This retail petrol station immediately attracted the attention of people on the media with a series of images including free automobile window cleaning and staff bowing to greet guests. On October 10, IQ8 general director Hiroaki Honjo stood in the rain and bowed in gratitude to customers visiting the petrol station.
