Japan – VN cultural fest opens in Da Nang

This year’s festival attracts the participation of delegations from Japan, including art troupes performing tea ceremony, Ikebana flower arrangement, calligraphy performances, food and drink events, singing and dancing, Japanese public speaking contests.

Hundreds of university students, artists, artisans, business leaders and governmental officials have travelled all the way from Japan to participate in the annual event, which contributes to making it a truly authentic cultural bonanza, the statement said.

The festival runs untill July 30.
