Infographics: Key facts of first ever report on administrative procedure cost index

VGP – The Government Office has released the first ever report on administrative procedure cost index, providing overview of the actual expenses businesses and organizations have to incur in order to adhere to existing administrative procedures.

The report, announced by the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform, marked two years since the current Government took office with the resolve of improving the business climate to attract more domestic and foreign investment, and promote Viet Nam’s stature in the international arena.

The report covers 8 groups of important administrative procedures for companies, namely tax, starting a business, land, construction, environment, granting licenses, and investment.

In total, 3,000 companies across all 63 provinces and cities were interviewed about their compliance costs during the last half of 2017.
