At the event, scholars will make reports on such issues as impacts of the context and policies related to industrial real estates.

Within the framework of the forum, meetings between local authorities and potential investors seeking for investment opportunities in the industrial parks at localities and connection and investment promotion activities between localities, domestic and foreign investors and businesses will be organized.

The industrial real estate, consisting of industrial land, factories, storehouses and logistics in Viet Nam are seeing huge development opportunities, especially in the context of the US-China trade tensions.

By 2020, Viet Nam will have around 500 industrial parks on the area of around 500,000 ha.
