Minister, Chairman of the Government Office Nguyễn Xuân Phúc held that the project has helped to raise law-making capacity of the Office’s staff.

In 2008, the working process has been modernized; documents were drafted in a shorter time and with better quality.

The Project also contributed to strengthening mutual understanding, enriching experience and legal knowledge, and cementing the Việt Nam-Germany ties.
