Hải Phòng and Đà Nẵng Ports to be converted into one-member Ltd. companies
VNGOP – Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng assigned on September 5 the Minister of Transport to decide the conversion of Hải Phòng and Đà Nẵng Ports, currently administered by the Việt Nam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines), into single-member liability-limited companies in which Vinalines holds 100% of the capital.

Vinalines Board of Directors was entrusted to direct the equitization of subsidiaries of the Hải Phòng and Đà Nẵng Ports. In proper conditions, Vinalines will suggest the Transport Minister to decide the transformation of these two ports into parent-subsidiary companies.
