Ha Noi to host Asian tourism meeting

VGP - The 11th annual meeting of the Council for Promoting Tourism in Asia (CPTA) will be held in Hanoi from October 9-13, expecting to welcome delegates from Tokyo, New Delhi, Seoul, Taipei, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Ulaanbaatar, and Tomsk.

To prepare for a successful event, the Ha Noi People’s Committee plans to put forth and implement tourism projects among cities which are members of CPTA.

The authorities will also organize joint tourism promotion programs and campaigns to lure more visitors to Asia in general and to Viet Nam in particular.

Ha Noi will also introduce its tourist potentials, culture, history, beauty spots and tourist products and services as well as that of its surrounding areas.
