Ha Noi residents asked for regular health declaration

VGP – Chairman of Ha Noi People’s Committee Chu Ngoc Anh calls on residents to make regular health declaration in a bid to help the city’s authorities contain spread of COVID-19.

July 23, 2021 9:10 PM GMT+7

The situation of COVID-19 pandemic in Ha Noi has witnessed complicated developments. Since April 27th, 2021, there have been 666 cases, of which 415 were community transmissions and 251 cases identified in isolated areas.

Against that situation, the Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee urges Hanoians to update their health declaration regularly via the website tokhaiyte.vn.

Those who find themselves with symptoms like fever, sore throat or shortness of breath should immediately contact local health services for advice.

Regular health declarations allows to quickly detect the infected cases and isolate them from the community to reduce the risks of transmission of the virus. It also facilitates prompt and efficient tracing, isolation and control of the pandemic.

In addition, the municipal People’s Committee mandates the Department of Health, hospitals and medical centers in the city to form and announce lists, addresses, guiding information, hotlines of locations for treatment, testing and vaccination (based on the development of the pandemic), in order to ensure 24/7 services.

They are also requested to inform the public on registration and booking of appointments with healthcare facilities to avoid large gatherings and on how to meet the requirements for the pandemic prevention and control./.
