HCMC brings “one-stop shop” portal into operation
VGP - Hồ Chí Minh City is the first province in Việt Nam to apply “one-stop shop” portal in order to provide automatic and online information about license-granting process.

The “one-stop shop” portal is now available |
The portal was officially launched yesterday at www.hochiminhcity.gov.vn, offering a channel for citizens to access to accurate information anywhere and anytime.
To December 15, nine districts were connected to the system. As planned, all 24 districts, departments and service sectors in the city will be linked to the portal from next year.
To transmit data at a high speed, the city post office built a Metronet connecting all districts, departments and sectors.
Hồ Chí Minh City is also taking the lead in introducing online licensing services. At present, 50/52 licenses in six fields have been granted at district levels. At the city level, nearly 90 licensing services have been computerized.
