Gov’t to review five-year implementation of new Constitution
VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has issued a plan to review the five-year enforcement of the 2013 Constitution (2014-2010).

The plan targets to assess the enforcement of the National Assembly, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Viet Nam State Audit and the Viet Nam Fatherland Front; point out achievements, shortcomings, and reasons, in order to propose solutions to put the Constitution into practice in an effective way in the coming time.
The preliminary assessment must comply with Resolution 64/2013/QH13, Resolution 718/NQ-UBTVQH13, and Resolution 48-NQ/TW, dated May 24, 2005 featuring the strategy to refine Vietnamese law by 2010 with orientations to 2020./.
