Non-cash payment

Ministries, agencies, and localities were asked to control inflation; stabilize macro-economy; and spur economic growth.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment, the State Bank of Viet Nam, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance, the Steering Committee on price management were asked to keep a close watch on the market; make forecasts; work closely to regulate monetary and fiscal policies; and apply market-oriented price roadmaps.

The State Bank of Viet Nam takes the prime responsibility for regulating the monetary policies; ensuring appropriate credit growth in favor of production and business development; drastically restructuring credit organizations; handling NPLs; and promoting non-cash payment.

Preventing tax avoidance

The Government orders the Ministry of Finance to tighten financial and budget disciplines; restructure State budget; closely supervise State budget spending; save regular procurement, especially for cars, luxury equipment, and conference organizations; speed up e-invoice application; and prevent tax losses and tax avoidance.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment was asked to supervise and urge ministries, sectors, and localities with low percentages of capital disbursement.

On this occasion, the Government tasks the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to put an end to the African swine fever and the Ministry of Education and Training to prepare for the national high school examination./.
