Gov’t permits foreign consultants to involve in planning Central Highlands City
VGP – Upon the proposal of the People’s Committee of the Central Highlands province of Đắk Lắk, Deputy PM Hoàng Trung Hải agreed that foreign advisors will be hired to make the construction plan for the province’s capital city of Buôn Ma Thuột.

Under the PM’s Decision 1181/QĐ-TTg
dated on September 7, 2006 approving the master plan for the construction of Buôn
Ma Thuột City to 2025, the city will become a key center of the Central
Highlands.

Its old urban areas will be
upgraded and new ones built. Traditional villages and garden-houses will be
founded in the city’s outskirts.
