Gov’t issues December regular resolution

VGP – In 2020, the Government will pursue the motto “Disciplines, integrity, action, responsibility, creation, and effectiveness;” uphold proactive spirit, creativeness, solidarity, and strive for preset goals.

The Government recently issued a resolution on the outcomes of the conference between the Government and localities and the Government’s regular meeting for December. 

Accordingly, the Government tasked ministries, sectors, and localities to acquire directions of the Party General Secretary, State President; overcome weaknesses; boost cooperation in policy and law enforcement; extricate business difficulties; release and mobilize all resources to spur production; promote technological and scientific applications; tighten administrative disciplines. 

Eying new development ladder

The Government tasked ministries, agencies, and localities to restructure the economy; transform growth modal. 

Each ministry, sector, and locality was asked to issue measures to restructure the economy in the 2016-2020 period; develop markets and production factors; restructure SOEs and credit organizations; develop regional and maritime economy; and renovate management modals. 

Ministries and sectors were asked to reform administrative procedures; perfect business environment; cut business conditions in the 2020-2025 period; reduce cost compliance of citizens and enterprises; apply e-customs; uphold the role of the working Group and the advisory council for administrative reform of the PM on dialogues, researches, and solutions to extricate obstacles in mechanisms, policies, and administrative procedures./.
