Germany helps raise personnel management

VGP - The Government Office (GO) and Germany's Capacity Building International Organization (InWent) held from October 11-15 a debate on human resources management and a training course on verifying legal documents in public operations and management.

These activities are part of the cooperation framework between the Governments of Việt Nam and Germany to increase civil servants’ capacity in lawmaking process.

The effective personnel management is a good foundation to develop the public administration, especially for those fast-growing countries like Việt Nam.

Due to the increasing requirements of the global economic integration and reform, the GO needs optimal scientific methods to enhance its human resources management maximize the capacity of civil servants.

Through debates, short-term workshops and field trips, the GO’s officials will be equipped with latest skills of making laws, founding and managing funds.

It was reported that in the time to come, the GO and InWent will organize more special training courses to help ensure the GO's effective and streamlined personnel management structure.
