Fourth session of 14th National Assembly to open on Oct 23
VGP – The fourth session of the 14th National Assembly will open on October 23 and run 23 days, Chairman of the National Assembly Office Nguyen Hanh Phuc.

Mr. Phuc made the announcement on September 18 at the 14th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee on preparatory work for the upcoming event.
As scheduled, the NA will spend 10.75 days on law making; 10.75 days on supervision; and 1.5 days on opening and closing ceremonies. The fourth session will close on November 22.
Especially, the NA will give comments on ten draft bills instead of 12 in which the Law on Judicial Records (revision) and the Law on Public Administration will be removed for further consideration.
A report on the implementation of the National Target Goal on gender equality will be submitted to the NA.
Deputies will debate the withdrawal of the Tan Son Nhat Golf Course and the North-South Expressway project./.
