Fourteen Imported COVID-19 Cases Take National Patient Tally To 2,617

VGP – Fourteen Vietnamese returnees were confirmed positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, raising the national caseload to 2,617, including 2,359 recoveries.

Specifically, patient 2604 is a 26-year-old man in Phu Trung Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

He flew from the Philippines to the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho on March 29 and was sent to a concentrated quarantine site in Ca Mau Province.

The patient is being treated at the Ca Mau Provincial General Hospital.

Patient 2605 is a 20-year-old man in Kien Bai Commune, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City.

He returned to Viet Nam on March 30 via the Ha Tien International Border Gate in the southern province of Kien Giang.

The patient is being treated at the locality’s Ha Tien City Medical Center.

Patient 2606 is a 28-year-old man in Binh Phuoc Xuan Commune, Cho Moi District, An Giang Province.

Patient 2067 is a 27-year-old man in Thong Nhat Commune, Lao Cai City of the northern province of Lao Cai.

Patient 2608 is a 25-year-old man in Xuan Tinh Commune, Loc Binh District of the northern province of Lang Son.

Patient 2609 is a 30-year-old man in Hoang Thang Commune, Hoang Hoa District of Thanh Hoa Province.

Patient 2610 is a 33-year-old man in Ban Tan Dinh Commune, Giong Rieng District, Kien Giang Province.

Patient 2611 is a 21-year-old man in Hoa Tinh Commune, Mang Thit District of the southern province of Vinh Long.

Patient 2612 is a 30-year-old man in Yen Bao District, Lao Cai Province.

Patient 2013 is a 28-year-old woman in Cam Giang Commune, Cam Thuy District, Thanh Hoa Province.

Patient 2614 is a 28-year-old woman in Cat Hai Commune, Phu Cat District of the central province of Binh Dinh.

Patient 2615 is a 28-year-old man in Nhon Ly Commune, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.

Patient 2616 is a 31-year-old man in Vu Le Commune, Bac Son District, Lang Son Pronvince.

Patient 2617 is a 23-year-old woman in Phu Xuyen Commune, Dai Tu District, Thai Nguyen Province.

The aforesaid persons took flight VJ2527 from the Philippines to Can Tho on March 29 and were sent to a quarantine site in Ben Tre Province.

All of them are being treated at the Ben Tre Hospital for Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases./.
