Foreign leaders extend congratulatory messages on VN’s National Day

VGP - Top leaders of the Party, State, Government and National Assembly of Viet Nam have received more congratulatory messages from their foreign counterparts on the 72nd anniversary of National Day (September 2).

Belarusian President A. Lukashenko extended congratulatory messages to Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, State President Tran Dai Quang and PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc. 
President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Yong-nam cabled a message of greetings to State President Tran Dai Quang. DPRK Premier Pak Pong-ju cabled a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc. 

Mongolian President Khaltmaa Battulga and PM Jargaltulga Erdenebat sent their messages of congratulations to State President Tran Dai Quang and PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc, respectively. 
President of the National Assembly of Nicaragua Gustavo Eduardo Porras Cortes and Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Sardar Ayaz Sadiq conveyed congratulations to NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan. 

Leaders of other countries such as President of the Swiss Confederation Doris Leuthard, Swedish King Carl Gustaf, Armenian President S.Sargsyan, Irish President Michael Higgins, Azerbaijan’s President I.Aliyev, Uzbekistan’s PresidentShavkat Mirziyoyev, Pakistan’s President Mamnoon Hussain, Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena, Bulgarian PMBoyko Borissov, Pakistan’s PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi  and Sri Lankan PM Ranil Wickremesinghe conveyed their congratulatory messages.

Armenian Foreign Minister E. Nalbandia, Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs Didier Reynders, Mongolian Foreign Minister Tsend Munkh Orgil, Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Melescanu, and Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Tilak Marapana also cabled messages of congratulations to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.
