The plane completed its first round trip between Hồ Chí Minh City and the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai. Nguyễn Thành Trung, former Vice Director of Việt Nam Airlines, was selected by Mr. Đức as the captain.

Mr. Lương Hoài Nam, Director of the low-price carrier Pacific Airlines, underscored that the purchase and ownership of private planes is quite popular in many countries in the world. However, this is a new issue in Việt Nam because it requires reasonable and economical exploitation.

He also revealed that, around 3 or 4 Vietnamese people  are planning to buy their own aircraft.

According to Article 9, Chapter 1 of the Law on Civil Aviation, any plane owned by Vietnamese citizens residing permanently in Việt Nam or Vietnamese legal entities having the headquarters in Việt Nam are permitted to be registered in Việt Nam.

Article 28 of the same law recognizes the rights of ownership, possession, time-limited rent of planes.

The Law also stipulates that private planes are not allowed to serve business purposes. Otherwise, they must be rented by air carriers.
