The village is the first project for overseas Vietnamese, with 257 single and twin villas of 250 sq.m and 500 sq.m each respectively, and 262 houses covering 150 sq.m each. There are also parks, lakes, green areas, swimming pools and sport facilities. The project is expected to provide accommodation for about 600 households of overseas Vietnamese who want to return Vietnam.

In 2007, Tập đoàn TSQ will plan to build in Hà Tây Province a 29-storey Hà Tây Millennium Tower on an area of 6,000 sq.m and a 6.3-ha financial-trade center of two 41-storey towers and high-level 30-storey apartments. These two projects require a total investment capital of US$ 30 million and over US$ 100 million respectively.

Up to now, throughout Vietnam, there are nearly 2,000 projects invested by overseas Vietnamese, with a total registered capital of US$ 400 million.
