Fees for establishment of rep. offices of foreign advertising enterprises drafted

VGP – The Ministry of Finance is drafting a Circular on fees for issuance of licenses for the establishment of representative offices of foreign advertising enterprises in Viet Nam.

The ministry has proposed a sum of VND 3 million to be paid for issuance of a new license for the establishment of a representative office of foreign advertising companies in Viet Nam, and VND 1.5 million for a license to be renewed, reissued, adjusted, or supplemented.

Authorized agencies will grant licenses for the establishment of representative offices of foreign advertising enterprises as regulated at Decree No. 181/2013/ND-CP on elaboration of some articles of the law on advertising.
