FMs of India, Kazakhstan to visit VN
VGP – Kazakhstani FM Yerlan Idrisov and Indian FM Sushma Swaraj will pay official visits to Viet Nam from August 24-25 and August 25-26, respectively.
The visits will be made at the invitation of Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh.
During the Kazakhstani FM’s visit, both sides will discuss measures to accelerate economic and trade ties and talk on regional and international issues of common concern.
FM Yerlan Idrisov will also launch Kazakhstan’s Embassy in Ha Noi.
Meanwhile, Indian FM Sushma Swaraj and Deputy PM, FM Minh will debate on ways to strengthen the Viet Nam-India strategic partnership in general and cooperation between the two foreign ministries.
Regional and international issues of common concern will also be part of the Indian FM’s visit agenda.
On the occasion, the Indian FM will chair a conference of Indian Ambassadors working in Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Sushma Swaraj and Deputy PM, FM will also co-chair the 3rd Roundtable of the ASEAN-India Network of Think-Tanks./.
