FIABCI: VN’s real estate market is attractive and promising

Việt Nam is a promising real estate market |
Many said there are many opportunities for real estate investment in Việt Nam in general and Hồ Chí Minh City in particular, thanks to Việt Nam’s open policies.
According to experts, so far this year, FDI into Việt Nam has reached US $57 billion and will continue to rise. The capital mainly flows in hot projects on building house, resorts, hotels. The surge shows that foreign investors have recognized great chances of Việt Nam’s real estate market.
The CEO of CB Richard Ellis Vietnam Ltd. said that the market niche of apartments is thriving as stronger legal framework on the ownership has helped stabilize the market and consolidate investors’ trust.
