The PM allowed the State Budget to provide 90% of the total investment and re-lend the remaining 10% with an annual interest of  0%. The debt payment duration will last for ten years, starting when the Project is put into operation.

The PM entrusted the Dung Quất Economic Zone Management Board to discuss with the Danish partners on the list of equipment corresponding to the capital. The Board will be fully responsible for the effective use of the loans.

The Dung Quất Vocational Training School will be expanded to train 3,000 students per year in line with the State-set targets and standard curricula. On the basis of the requirements of the Dung Quất Economic Zone and specific conditions of the School, it is possible to adopt limited curricula (not standard) to train a high-skilled labor force for investment projects within the zone.
