Draft Circular on customs fees for foreign flights to VN

VGP – The Ministry of Finance is drafting a Circular stipulating the rate, collection, payment and management of customs management and border gate fees for foreign flights arriving at airports in Viet Nam.

According to the draft, the customs and border gate security fees are proposed at a total US$ 100 per flight.

Foreign flights to a number of Vietnamese airports at the same time will pay customs and border gate fees only once.

Foreign organizations and individuals arriving at airports in Viet Nam have to pay fees as regulated in the Circular except special flights (not including special flights combined with commercial ones), flights on duty and flights serving for research and rescue, humanitarian aid transport and responding natural calamity and flood.
