Deputy PM okays to license infrastructure projects in IP Đức Hòa III in Long An
VNGOP – Acting on behalf of the PM, Deputy PM Hoàng Trung Hải agreed in principle on September 26 with the issuance of investment certificates for infrastructure projects in the Industrial Park Đức Hòa III of the southern province of Long An.

The Chairman of the province’s People’s Committee was ordered to direct the Long An Industrial Parks Management Board to consider and issue the certificates under the current regulations.
The People’s Committee Chairman and the Chief of the Management Board shall direct investors to build technical infrastructure in the IP in line with the approved master planning scheme and other detailed plans as well as to use land in conformity with the Law on Land.
The IP Đức Hòa III is located in Đức Lập Hạ and Mỹ Hạnh Bắc Communes, Đức Hòa District, Long An Province, in an area of 2,300 ha. It has attracted 13 companies investing in infrastructure.
The major activities in the IP include mineral processing industry, production of building materials, mechanical industry, electronics and information technology, consumer industries, light industries and other industries which cause few negative impacts on the environment.
