Defense, Security Council members approved
VGP – The National Assembly (NA) on August 3 ratified the list of Vice Chairman and members of the National Defense and Security Council proposed by State President Trương Tấn Sang.

NA Chairman Nguyễn Sinh Hùng, Defense Minister Phùng Quang Thanh, Public Security Minister Trần Đại Quang and Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh were approved as members of the Council,
The NA also passed the Resolution on the list of Vice Chairman and members of the National Defense and Security Council.
The same day, NA deputies contributed opinions to the statement on the law making program for 2012./.
