Congratulatory messages to countries

VNGOP – On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Slovak (September 1, 1992, the 16th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan (September 1, 1991) and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan (August 31, 1991), and the 38th anniversary of the National Day of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya (September 1, 1969), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng, and Deputy PM, Foreign Minister Phạm Gia Khiêm separately sent their messages of greetings to leaders of these countries.
