Circular on charges for appraisal, classification of tourist accommodation establishments issued
VGP – The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No.178/2016/TT-BTC stipulating the regime of collection, remittance, management and use of charges for appraisal and classification of tourist accommodation establishments and charges for appraisal and classification of service establishments for tourists.
Accordingly, organizations and individuals setting up tourist accommodation establishments and service establishments for tourists in Viet Nam must pay fees when registering files for classification and recognition as stipulated in Decree of Government No.92/2007/ND-CP of June 01, 2007 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the law on tourism.
