China - VN int’l trade fair in Lang Son province

VGP - The Viet Nam-China international trade fair will take place in the northern border province of Lang Son from November 2-8, with the participation of hundreds of firms.

The event is organized by Lang Son and China’s Guangxi province, is expect to feature about 300 booths, including 35 Chinese booths.

At the week-long fair, firms and many industry and trade agencies and embassies in Viet Nam will showcase outstanding goods.

As part of the fair, various trade promotion activities will be held to introduce strong products of different localities, along with art exchanges.

Viet Nam’s statistics showed that two-way trade reached US$71.9 billion in 2016, a rise of 7.9% over the previous year, while the trade deficit fell 13.67% year on year.
