Cam Ranh welcomes the first international flight of the lunar new year
VGP - 251 passengers on board two airplanes from Russia’s Far East region on January 23rd arrived in Cam Ranh international airport in the central province of Khánh Hòa.

Since the nine provinces of Russia’s Far East region established tours to Khánh Hòa on October 31st 2011, 17,000 travelers have visited the Vietnamese province.
A leader from Tour Operator Ánh Dương said there is 10 flights per week to Việt Nam.
On the first day of New Year of the Dragon, first three Russian tourists were offered free major tourist services in Nha Trang resort city.
According to Khánh Hòa provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, last year the province welcomed nearly 2.2 million visitors, including more than 440,000 foreigners. The sector aims to raise the figure to 500,000 visitors in 2012.
