Cabinet members receive appointment decisions
VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc presented the State President’s decisions on appointing all members of the Government in the 14th tenure (2016-2021).

Earlier, at its first session on July 26, with a majority of votes, the 14th National Assembly approved Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc as PM in the 2016-2021 term .
The 14th NA on July 28 also passed a resolution on 27 members of the Government in the next five-year term, the same number as the previous tenure.
Under the resolution, the Government comprises one PM, five Deputy Prime Ministers, including one Deputy PM cum Foreign Minister, and 21 ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies.
The new Cabinet structure only had only one change in which Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong was appointed as the new Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development./.
