CPI in HCM City slightly rises
VGP – The Consumer Price Index (CPI) of Ho Chi Minh City in April rose 0.03% against the previous month and up 0.8% compared to the same period last year, according to the provincial’s Statistical Office.

Other items saw increases in prices such as housing, electricity, water and fuel up 0.29%, transport up 2.71% and entertainment and tourism up 0.12%.
The prices of groups of garment, hats, footwear, medicines, heath care services and education stabilized compared to the previous month.
The foodstuff price decreased 0.13% in comparison with March.
