Budget collection meets 107% of estimate

VGP – As of 2 PM of December 31, 2018, State budget collection valued VND 1.42 trillion, meeting 107% of forecast, said Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung.

According to Minister Dung, in 2018, the global economy bounced back but was unstable. 

General Director of the State Treasury Ta Anh Tuan reported that as of 2 PM, December 31, 2018, total State budget collection valued VND 1.42 trillion, equivalent to 107% of forecast. Central collection was VND 786,468 billion, meeting 104% of forecast. Regular spending of the state treasury was VND 857,677 billion, equivalent to 87.83% of estimate. Accumulated Investment expenditure was VND 276,646 billion, reaching 69.3% of estimate. 

The State treasury system worked closely with relevant units to build and implement big projects and policies. 

In 2019, the state treasury sector was asked to continue to uphold and strive for national budget asset management./.
