Belarus’s Independence Day celebrated
VGP - A ceremony to mark the 75th anniversary of Belarus’s Independence Day (July 3) and 100 years of founding celebration of the country’s diplomatic sector was held in Ha Noi on June 20.

He affirmed that the traditional relations between Viet Nam and Belarus have been increasingly strengthened, especially through the exchange of delegations at all levels; economic, trade and culture cooperation.
Speaking at the event, Belarusian Ambassador to Viet Nam Vladimir Goshin affirmed that Viet Nam is one of the major partners of his country in Asia.
The time-honoured friendship between the two countries has formed on the basis of mutual respect, trust and support, he said.
Bilateral relations have developed in various fields, especially in politics, economics-trade, and culture, he noted.
The two sides are waiting for the operation of the first VietNam-Belarus joint venture MAZ Asia on manufacturing and assembling trucks, and the establishment of a joint venture on dairy production and processing in Hung Yen province.
The two sides have signed many agreements, he said, expressing his belief that the Viet Nam-Belarus relationship will be stronger in the future.
