Approving Luxembourg-funded project on VN’s capital market
VNGOP – The PM approved on October 11 the portfolio "Developing Vietnamese capital market" granted with a nonrefundable aid from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. He also ratified the protocol between the Vietnamese and Luxembourg governments relating to the project. The Minister of Finance was authorized to represent the Vietnamese Government to sign the protocol with the Luxembourger representative.

The total capital is € 3,300,000, in which Luxembourg funds € 3,000,000 and Việt Nam provides a corresponding capital of € 300,000 allocated from the Ministry of Finance’s annual budget.
