Ambassadors asked to fulfill tasks excellently
VGP - Party General Secretary and NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng has urged all Ambassadors and heads of Việt Nam’s representative agencies abroad to excellently carry out all their tasks entrusted by the Party, State, and people.

The Party leader made the request at his meeting with newly-appointed Ambassadors and heads of Việt Nam’s representative agencies in the foreign countries on March 4.
Việt Nam’s position has been continuously consolidated during the past years with more and more international friends have showed their increasing support for the country, noted the Party chief.
He asked the Ambassadors and heads of the representative agencies to continue convey Việt Nam’s consistent policy to comprehensively boost the national renewal process in order to turn itself into a middle-income industrialized country by 2020.
The diplomatic work must be deployed on bilateral and multi-lateral aspects to effectively serve domestic developments and to make the global community to know more about Việt Nam, said the Party chief.
Việt Nam will firmly pursue the foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, peace, and mutual development, the Party leader re-iterated.
