Agricultural and Rural Development Construction Corporation converted into parent-subsidiary company
VNGOVNet – The PM has just approved the Plan to convert the Agricultural and Rural Development Construction Corporation (ARDCC) into a parent-subsidiary company.
Accordingly, the parent company (ARDCC) will be a State company directly engaging in production, business and investment in its subsidiaries and joint-ventures. It is formed by combining the ARDCC’s Office, its dependently financial units and branches.
The parent company consists of the Management Board, Control Board, General Director and his deputies, and an assisting apparatus.
The Corporation has joint-stock companies, including eight subsidiaries and 15 joint-ventures.
The PM entrusted the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to direct the implementation of the Plan, decide the establishment and approve the Regulations on organization and operation of the parent company; and transform the ARDCC in 2007 in line with the current stipulations.
