The Hoa Lư BEZ, located at the borderline between Việt Nam and Campuchia, functions as a center for economic, trade, service and transport activities of Bình Phước Province.

The zone is connected to North Cambodia, Southern Laos and Northeast Thailand with Road 13 and a rail route which will be built soon.

So far, over 60 enterprises have poured hundreds of billions of Vietnamese đồng into their projects there.

The Hoa Lư BEZ is 150 km from Hồ Chí Minh City and 300 km from Phnom Penh, quite convenient for the movement of goods and travelers among Southeast Asia countries.

Under the PM-approved planning scheme, the BEZ consists of four communes and a town of Lộc Ninh District in Bình Phước Province, covering an area of 286 km2.

It has several functional quarters, including the management quarter, a non-tariff quarter and an urban quarter.
