“By 2010, some e-service will be designed”, affirmed MIC Minister Lê Doãn Hợp in his online talks tilted “Strategy on Information and Communications Development” held on August 6.

The Minister revealed that, an electronic working environment will be built up among agencies operating in the same field and governmental bodies by 2015 in order to provide fundamental e-services to people and the business community.

Up to 2020, a broad net-based environment will be founded to serve all governmental bodies and provide all e-services, forming the e-government throughout the country.

The MIC will further invest in IT application and speed up administrative reforms, said Minister Lê Doãn Hợp, adding that the MIC is drafting a Plan on IT application in State agencies (2009-2010) which will be submitted to the PM for approval soon.
