There will be five display sections to present distinctive gastronomic features of different regions in Việt Nam. Moreover, a series of fashion shows of traditional clothes, festivals and folk games will be held. Each delegation is expected to introduce one or two items of their typical performing arts.

The festival will be a gathering of many art troupes from different provinces and cities in Việt Nam, some art groups in Hà Nội, and the delegations of ethnic minority students from some universities.

The opening ceremony will be held on October 6 at the Art Culture Exhibition Center in Hà Nội.
