2nd Vietnamese commodities Week in Thailand
VGP - The Vietnamese Goods Week in Thailand will be held at the Central Plaza Ladprao in Bangkok, Thailand from July 27 to August 2.
It will feature more than 20 booths of 40 businesses in various fields, displaying
Viet Nam-Thailand bilateral trade has grown by more than 40% over the last five years, reaching nearly $13 billion last year. A goal of $20 billion in two-way trade by 2020 has been set.
Thailand is a potential market for Vietnamese products, notably fruits and dried fruits, spices and seafood. However, Thailand requires strict quality and food safety standards. Therefore local enterprises need to ensure product quality and deliver competitive and affordable product. They must make the content of the packaging and labelling as clear as possible in the space available.
