28 legal documents issued in March

VGP – The Government and the PM issued 28 legal documents, including 19 Decrees and nine Decisions in March 2018.

Decree No. 37/2018/NĐ-CP details the implementation of monitoring and education measures for under-18-year criminals exempted for criminal responsibility.

Decree No. 38/2018 / NĐ-CP of the Government regulates detailed investment in small and medium enterprises.

Decree No. 39/2018/NĐ-CP defines guidelines for law supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Government issued Decree No. 40/2018/NĐ-CP on management of multi-level marketing activities.

Decree No. 41/2018/NĐ-CP regulates the sanctioning of administrative violations in the domain of accounting and independent audit.

Decree No.42/2018/NĐ-CP deals with annulling some Governmental Decrees on the banking system.

The PM issued Decision No. 10/2018 / QĐ-TTg amending and supplementing some articles of Decision No. 53/2013 / QĐ-TTg dated September 13, 2013 on temporary import, re-export, destruction and transfer of automobiles and motorbikes of entities eligible for privileges and immunities in Viet Nam.
